Food packaging carries the least margin for error of any application we run. A film that looks fine on the roll but seals poorly on a customer's packaging line creates a recall risk, not just a returned order. We build food-contact film around three priorities: a seal that performs at production speed, a barrier appropriate to the product's shelf-life target, and clarity that lets the product sell itself on the shelf.
Depending on the product, that might mean a simple single-layer LDPE bag for dry goods, or a co-extruded structure with an EVOH or nylon barrier layer for a product sensitive to oxygen or moisture. We help customers figure out which end of that range they actually need, since over-specifying a barrier wastes money and under-specifying one risks the product.
