The right resin for a job depends on what the film has to do, not on what is easiest to run. We work across LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and MDPE for general-purpose strength and sealing, metallocene LLDPE where toughness and seal performance need to outperform conventional grades at a lighter gauge, EVOH where oxygen barrier is the priority, nylon where puncture and barrier both matter, and polypropylene where stiffness or clarity drive the spec.

Few jobs run on a single resin straight out of the pellet bag. Blending lets us dial in properties that no single resin delivers on its own: combining LLDPE with a metallocene grade for a better balance of toughness and processability, blending in masterbatch for color or additive delivery, or adjusting a blend ratio to hit a target melt index without changing the base resin family entirely. That blending happens at the extruder, on a per-job basis, rather than through a fixed catalog of pre-set formulations.

Because resin selection is the first decision that shapes everything downstream, from seal strength to clarity to cost, we treat it as part of the engineering conversation with a customer rather than a line item to be assumed.
