LLDPE is the default starting point for most blown film projects. Its linear molecular structure with short-chain branching gives it a strong balance of toughness, stretch, and seal performance that LDPE alone cannot match, while staying easier to process than HDPE.

It is rarely used at 100% concentration in demanding applications. Most production blends LLDPE with LDPE or other modifiers to balance processability, optics, and strength for the specific application. We help customers land on the right blend ratio rather than defaulting to a single resin.
