What is your minimum order quantity?

There is not one universal minimum across every job, because the real cost driver is the changeover, not the film itself. A standard single-layer film in a common gauge and width can run at a lower minimum because it does not require reconfiguring the line. A custom multi-layer or barrier structure, a new resin blend, or a less common width will carry a higher minimum, since that changeover takes real line time regardless of order size.

If your volume is below our standard minimum for a custom structure, tell us that upfront. In some cases we can suggest a closer-to-stock structure that meets the same performance need at a lower minimum, rather than quoting a custom build you do not actually need.
