What film widths and gauges can you produce?

Our blown film lines cover a broad gauge range, from thin, high-clarity film for retail bags up through heavy gauge film used in industrial liners and protective sheeting. Layflat width is just as flexible, and we regularly run narrow widths for small bags as well as wide rollstock for converters who slit and convert the film themselves.

The right combination of width and gauge depends on the application and the equipment the film will run on downstream, whether that is a bagging machine, a form-fill-seal line, or a manual liner application. If you give us your target dimensions and what the film needs to hold up to, we will tell you directly whether it is within our standard range or needs a closer look at line capability.
