FAQ

Do you produce food-contact film?

We produce food-contact film using resins and additives that are appropriate for direct contact with food products. For applications where shelf life is driven by oxygen or moisture exposure, we build multi-layer structures with an EVOH or similar barrier layer to control transmission rates, rather than relying on a single-resin film that was never designed for that job.

What "food-contact" requires varies by the product itself, fresh produce, frozen protein, dry goods, and bakery items all put different demands on the film, even though all of them touch food directly. Tell us what the product is, how it will be stored, and what its current shelf-life or spoilage issue looks like, and we will recommend a structure rather than just confirming a resin is technically food-safe.
