Can you print on the film you produce?

Printability starts at the extrusion stage, not at the printer. Polyethylene film does not naturally hold ink or adhesive well because of its low surface energy, so we apply corona treatment during production, an inline process that oxidizes the film surface just enough to let ink, coatings, or laminating adhesives bond properly. Without it, even a good printer will see ink lifting or poor adhesion later.

We coordinate treated rollstock with printing partners for flexographic and other print processes, so you get finished printed film or bags rather than having to source and manage that step separately. If your design has specific registration, color, or coverage requirements, the earlier we know, the more accurately we can dial in treatment level and surface properties on the film side.
